Tabbouleh with a twist 😋
6 cups finely chopped parsley
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped boiled beetroot
1/3 cup green onions/shallots, chopped
1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
3 Tbsp pomegranate molasses
1/4 cup olive oil or more to taste
2 squeezed lemons
1 tsp salt or more to taste
